Email:

• sending spam or mass emails to overwhelm the inbox
• using fake or throwaway emails to evade bans
• impersonating real users or company executives to gain access
• phishing for account details by pretending to be a real support case
• attaching malware-infected files disguised as logs or screenshots
• inserting tracking links to gather information on the support team
• sending excessively long messages to waste time or crash systems
• bypassing profanity filters by using encoded or spaced-out text
• threatening or harassing agents through email
• reporting false security breaches to cause panic
• repeatedly reopening closed tickets to flood the queue

Discord:

• spamming DMs or support tickets with random messages
• mass-reporting issues to try and get someone banned
• impersonating staff to mislead users
• sending phishing links disguised as “helpful resources”
• using Discord bots to auto-send spam or abuse
• bypassing bans by using alt accounts
• harassing staff members in public channels or DMs
• posting inappropriate content in support channels
• exploiting Discord’s message formatting to send hidden messages
• sending malicious files or links disguised as bug reports
• abusing reactions, pings, or mentions to annoy staff

These can be overwhelming for our personnel and will not be responded to, and deleted immediately. If the e-mail is misused in any way, your e-mail will be tracked back to any other e-mails you have and you will be permanently banned from e-mailing our support team. If the DISCORD support system is misused in any way, you will be banned from the server and blocked by all the administrators. We will notice alternate accounts.
