Any data we hold is hosted around the world, and will never come to light if anyone tries to find it.

Retention:

Anomalies:

ZOLARIS, as it stands today, was formerly known as "ZENONIX Corporation." ZOLARIS is the successor to this now-defunct entity. We wish to assure you that the limited data we possess about you remains secure. Furthermore, we would like to clarify any misinformation surrounding ZENONIX’s past. Allegations of unsafe practices, including claims of being “transphobic” and operating with an “IP logger,” were entirely unfounded. These accusations were made by individuals with motives to discredit the Corporation. ZENONIX was not transphobic, and its platform operated on Framer, a service known for its increased security measures, which made IP logging impossible.

Additionally, the individual responsible for these false accusations is now themselves facing serious allegations, including framing another individual for the distribution of "child pornography." It has come to light that this person fabricated a chat screenshot and was, in fact, in possession of the illicit content they had previously accused others of spreading.

Tracking:

ZOLARIS may frequently track the exact game server of what a user is playing, through a DISCORD bot called RoSniper, and other more efficient methods. This is only done by the Security Department after that user has tried to leave a game of where they have done an inappropriate, or odd action towards someone or something. We will NOT track any people inside of the organisation, as we already have methods that connect all the accounts to our servers. After tracking, we would not share the location data, and we will delete the data after a period of time to be kept for security purposes or for other investigation organisations to utilise.
